Yes, 24 Hour Call Center is a US based and run call center. Our main division is located in New York City, in the heart of Manhattan. However, 24 Hour Call Center satellite locations include Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Miami, and Boston.
4. Do you outsource overseas?
Absolutely not. 24 Hour Call Center only employees live operators located in the US. All live operators are 100% fluent in English; additionally, many live operators are fluent in Spanish in order to best serve our clients.
5. I frequently travel abroad. Will I still have access to my calls?
